Gorgeous!

you often speak of correcting something on your coloured pencils drawings - just how do you do that? I can understand erasing in the early stages before there are too many layers of colour, but how do you correct something after that?

You can't always, and sometimes it's only a partial improvement. You can take it all the way down to the stained paper and try to rebuild to the same thickness and blend it, but the paper texture will be flattened and won't take pencil as well. I keep meaning to see if spraying that section with fixative will give it more texture for rebuilding but haven't had to resort to that yet. It depends on the change needed. Sometimes I can remove part of the layering with a kneaded eraser or an electric eraser and adjust the color or edges with more layers. Pencils that are water soluble can be added on top for single layer accent changes. I'll try to make note of changes I make in the future and document them and put them up as little tutorials.

That would be really nice of you, thank you!

....wait. They make electrical erasers ? I... I... mini cameras-cum-phones-cum-computers-cum-portable music players, intelligent underwear, this internet thing and now electric erasers?

I think I'm living in the future. I'll just go have a nice cuppa and a lie-down.

But, seriously, how do they work?
