CommentsI really like this... and it doesn't matter about the plant life being right. This piece really speaks to me of what California should be, or more rightly, what it was... the feeling of sunny days is so strongly there even though I'm not anymore.
I live in Alaska now, I couldn't stand the cities and all the overdevelopment. This piece is all the best of the California... what a wonderful visit to an old memory of that place! Regardless about the trees, this is so calming to look at! I love it!
-- Look to the Sky...For my Head is in the Clouds. I now have a blog! [link] I especially love the clouds!
-- Look to the Sky...For my Head is in the Clouds. I now have a blog! [link] I really like how the trees look. I also like what you've done with the clouds, which are difficult to capture by drawing. It's hard to get the fluffy look.
-- " I'm going to my Happy Place. " ~ Me As you said, I love the vibrant colors...For some reason I'm just not liking the feeling of depth on this one? Maybe push the hills on the right back more?
But overall I like it -- Bring back the community to DA, If I take the time to comment on something you've posted, please return the favor, thanks! The trick to getting more pageviews! very nice
-- It's not the A photo is like a story...but everybody hear different things. Gerrit I really enjoyed the trip there, and driving around the coast of northern California. Driving over those hills was so different than over here in the middle of the country. It felt like we were driving off the world, driving to the top of one of those high rounded hills, topping it and going down the other side.
-- Create today........ Sandi Thanks, Glad you liked it.
